Website & Travel Booking Terms
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
These terms describe the GLOBUS website and the framework for a future GLOBUS-assisted booking. The current website supports travel planning, account records and agency inquiries. Online supplier search, quote recheck, booking, ticket issuance and payment are not connected. GLOBUS-assisted booking clauses apply only with clear acceptance of a specific transaction; browsing or submitting a plan does not accept a travel contract.
1. Our identity and agreed role
GLOBUS TRAVEL AND TOURS is the agency’s travel-business name. Contact: 7151 Foothill Blvd, Tujunga, CA 91042; +1 424-444-4544. Sales and reservations: sales@globustravelandtours.com. General questions, complaints and privacy: info@globustravelandtours.com. The complete legal contracting entity must be identified in the final booking documents before payment.
Unless a written offer expressly identifies GLOBUS as the operator of a particular service, our agreed service is travel planning, arranging or facilitating travel supplied by the identified airline, hotel, tour operator or other provider. A branded booking page, embedded widget or payment processor does not by itself determine who supplies the travel or who owes a refund. See Booking Responsibility.
2. Inquiries, prices and confirmation
A search, saved idea, quote request, payment authorization or automated receipt is not necessarily a confirmed booking. The written offer must explain when each service is confirmed and, for flights, when ticket issuance is complete. Availability and the quoted validity period will be stated before you authorize the transaction.
Before acceptance, an expired or erroneous quote may be corrected and offered again for your approval. GLOBUS will not use an error clause to impose an undisclosed increase or substitute a different service after payment. If the authorized service cannot be confirmed, you will receive the options and any refund required by the applicable terms and law.
3. Documents forming the booking agreement
The transaction consists of the accepted booking summary, the agency terms version shown at purchase, the identified supplier conditions provided before acceptance, and any written service-specific addendum. The summary must set out the itinerary, service providers, total and installment amounts, deadlines with time zones, cancellation rules and applicable financial-protection disclosures.
Mandatory law takes priority. Clear, transaction-specific terms take priority over a conflicting general agency provision to the extent lawful; supplier terms govern the supplier service, not an exclusion of GLOBUS’s own duties. Missing documents or a material conflict must be resolved before payment. Later website revisions do not retroactively reduce rights under an accepted booking.
4. Your instructions and traveler information
Please provide accurate names, dates and instructions and confirm that you have authority to arrange travel and share necessary information for other travelers. A group organizer does not automatically have authority to accept waivers or marketing consent for every adult. Information about a child must come from a parent, guardian or appropriately authorized adult.
Review the itinerary and traveler details when provided and tell us promptly about an error. A reasonable opportunity to correct mistakes helps reduce costs. Failure to report an error immediately does not automatically waive a statutory claim or excuse an error caused by GLOBUS. Corrections requested by you may incur only disclosed, lawful costs.
5. Payments, fees and optional services
Authorize only the currency, amount, payee and payment schedule shown in the booking summary. No planning fee is charged. Any separate, lawful ticketing, change or cancellation charge must be identified, including its purpose, when it is earned and its refund treatment. No fee amount is created by these general terms.
Optional insurance, upgrades, donations, memberships or marketing are not preselected by GLOBUS. A payment-method logo is not evidence that a method is currently accepted. There is no GLOBUS-managed checkout; a partner may operate its own checkout within an embedded tool or on its website. Review the identified payee and provider terms before paying. See Payment Options & Authorization.
6. Changes, cancellation and unused travel
The Cancellation, Changes & Refunds Policy and your disclosed supplier rules apply to voluntary changes, late arrival, no-show and unused services, subject to nonwaivable rights. Supplier penalties and an agency fee are separate and must not be combined into an unexplained deduction.
Report a cancellation or change through the designated booking-support channel and retain your message. An acknowledgment of receipt is not confirmation that a supplier accepted a change. We will not treat silence as acceptance of an unwanted credit or a newly chargeable service.
7. Independent providers and scope of responsibility
Independent suppliers control their own operations, facilities, schedules and service delivery. GLOBUS does not promise that every supplier will perform without interruption, remain solvent, or meet a personal preference not included in the confirmed contract. We do not guarantee border entry, weather, room position, an upgrade or a special request unless the relevant provider expressly confirms it.
This role description does not release GLOBUS from its own contractual duties, legally required care, misrepresentations, handling of funds, data-protection duties or refund obligations. Liability is determined by the actual facts and applicable law, not merely by calling another company independent.
8. Disruptions beyond reasonable control
Weather, public-health restrictions, strikes, government measures, supplier outages and other events may affect a journey. The parties should take reasonable steps to communicate, limit avoidable loss and identify available alternatives. Additional travel cannot be charged without authorization.
A disruption or force-majeure label does not automatically make payments nonrefundable or override a mandatory refund. Any relief depends on the affected service, the cause, the accepted terms and applicable law.
9. Website content and acceptable use
Illustrations and trip ideas are inspiration unless expressly identified as verified supplier content. Do not attack the site, attempt unauthorized account access, transmit malware, impersonate another traveler or submit unlawful material. Access may be limited to address a genuine security or abuse risk without denying access to booking assistance or legal remedies.
You may retain your own booking documents and notices. Rights in supplier photos, brands and descriptions remain with their owners. A copyright complaint or a good-faith criticism is not misuse of the website.
10. Responsibility and preserved rights
Neither party is responsible under these terms for losses not legally attributable to its conduct or obligations. Reasonable loss-mitigation and no-double-recovery principles may apply, but they do not reduce a statutory entitlement.
This draft contains no blanket negligence release, automatic liability cap, forced arbitration, class-action waiver, shortened statutory deadline or prohibition on an honest review. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, unlawful conduct or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be restricted.
11. Disputes, law and language
Please contact info@globustravelandtours.com with a booking reference and the issue. Internal review is an available resolution route, not a mandatory obstacle to a card dispute, regulator complaint, small-claims case or another lawful remedy. Applicable deadlines are not suspended merely because a complaint is being reviewed.
California law is proposed for the agency agreement where lawful, subject to controlling federal law and any mandatory protections and forum rights applicable to the traveler. No exclusive distant forum is imposed by this draft. Translations must accurately reflect the terms; no translation disclaimer permits misleading information or removes a required language disclosure.
12. Version control and severability
Keep a copy of the agreement and the booking confirmation. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it applies only to the extent permitted or is severed when lawful; the remaining provisions do not create a new waiver. Material changes affecting a proposed transaction require renewed review before acceptance.
GLOBUS is independent of Globus Tours and the Globus family of brands. No relationship with those businesses is created by the agency name.
Membership program information
Blue is free. Silver, Gold, Diamond and VIP may be earned at 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 annual SP. Optional earlier-access payments are USD 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500 respectively, each creating the same dollar amount of purchased Travel Credit. No planning fee or separate membership service fee is deducted. Every dollar accepted for the optional access-and-credit offer becomes one dollar of purchased credit. Use it on one eligible booking or in parts, up to the available balance and eligible remaining booking total. There is no per-booking percentage cap on purchased value. Unused purchased credit has no expiry, inactivity fee or paid-renewal requirement. Promotional budgets do not reduce the purchased principal.
Rewards and membership agreement
The Rewards, Membership & Travel Wallet Terms provide the dedicated program framework and distinguish promotional awards, purchased value and paid services. Keep the version supplied with the accepted transaction. No current enrollment, payment, expiry, downgrade or ledger service is activated by this website.
Membership and credit program boundaries
The full membership price is paid upfront. The credit is not an immediate price reduction, a cash rebate or a promise of net savings. Planning does not include free airfare or accommodation. Travel is separately priced; only the selected eligible amount is reduced by available credit. Disclose all mandatory membership charges in the applicable headline total.
For new paid plans, Booking Credit replaces the former separate USD 50/100/200/400 annual extras allowance; it is not added to that allowance. Approved transfers, tours or other eligible extras use the same credit. The prior earned-only Silver/Gold/Diamond extras limits of USD 50/100/200 are retained as a separate review schedule, not awarded on top of a paid plan. Previously accepted customer benefits are not reduced. A change of route or overlapping paid/earned terms needs a written entitlement reconciliation before acceptance; no duplicate financial allowance is implied.
Membership Booking Credit is governed by its dedicated policy and the preaccepted enrollment/booking summary. Do not confuse the 12-month paid service term with credit validity. Existing accepted terms prevail for existing agreements; no old financial balance is migrated automatically.
California membership classification — sales remain closed
Paid enrollment, renewal and related credit sales remain closed pending documented classification under California Business and Professions Code section 17550.27 and, if applicable, discount buying service requirements. Describing this offer as planning or concierge services does not establish an exemption. Required bonding, disclosures, fee restrictions and operational controls must be satisfied before any covered offer is sold.
If section 17550.27 applies, a purchaser may cancel and obtain a full refund of consideration for the pending term within five business days after purchase or renewal, or receipt of the required disclosure, whichever is later, and at any time based on the seller’s misrepresentation or violation of the article. Applicable mandatory rights take priority over the proposed voluntary 14-day no-use benefit and any after-use schedule. A use condition does not restrict a nonwaivable cancellation or refund right.
This is a conditional sales gate, not a finding of exemption, approval by counsel or permission to activate the displayed prices. The reviewed commercial amounts remain proposals; no payment is accepted in this build.
