Frequently Asked Questions
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
Answers about first-party GLOBUS planning, customer accounts, agency inquiries and the difference between a plan and a confirmed booking.
Can I plan, book or pay here?
You can prepare travel preferences, save a plan in My Account and send an agency request after verifying your email. Online supplier search, quote recheck, booking, ticket issuance and payment are not connected. A saved plan or inquiry is not a reservation.
Can I plan a flight route?
Use the local airport directory to choose departure and arrival preferences, travel dates and travelers. These details prepare a plan or agency inquiry. No live fares or airline availability are returned. Contact GLOBUS for children, infants, multi-city travel or other specific arrangements.
Does a suggested place confirm availability?
No. Place and airport suggestions are planning data. They do not establish supplier coverage, prices, stock or available dates. Any actual offer requires separate confirmation for your itinerary.
Can I choose worldwide destinations for other travel services?
Yes. Hotels, packages, tours, cruises, trains, car rentals and transfers use a worldwide place directory, and you can type a destination manually if it is absent. Cruise and train requests can include the exact port or station; car and transfer requests can include the pickup or drop-off address. Not every settlement is included in the suggested list.
Choosing a place prepares a plan or GLOBUS inquiry; it does not confirm service availability. No supplier options or live catalogs are currently connected. Contact GLOBUS for the exact destination, dates and service you need.
Do I need an account to plan or request a trip?
You can browse travel information, check Travel Safety and prepare planning preferences without an account. Create a free account to save Plan My Trip, then verify your email to submit a request to the GLOBUS team. A request receives its own reference and status. Calling or sending a guest email remains available without an account.
My Trips separates saved plans and requests from confirmed bookings. Agency staff can link a verified existing phone or office booking to your verified account. Travel Guardian checklists and private documents then become available for that trip. These features do not activate membership rewards, automatic flight alerts or supplier ticketing.
Who supplies the trip and who takes payment?
The accepted offer must identify the supplier, contracting seller and merchant of record. An API, white-label page or processor may have a different role. Review Booking Responsibility.
Are all bookings refundable?
No universal refund promise or blanket no-refund rule applies. Your disclosed service conditions and mandatory law determine the result. Supplier cancellations are not the same as a voluntary change of mind.
Do I automatically get 24 hours to cancel a flight?
Do not assume that an airline’s 24-hour rule applies to an agency-issued purchase. Any applicable grace period must be stated for your booking. Mandatory rights that otherwise apply are preserved.
Can you plan a group?
Send the approximate party size, departure cities, dates and type of event. Do not send a full passenger list or identity documents through the general form. Group minimums, deposits and name deadlines require a specific written proposal.
Is travel protection included?
Travel insurance is optional and is not included automatically. Read Travel Insurance and submit an inquiry through your account if you want the team to identify the appropriate provider. Premiums, eligibility, exclusions, purchase and coverage require the insurer or authorized seller. GLOBUS does not issue a policy or take an insurance payment through this release.
How do I raise a complaint or privacy concern?
Use info@globustravelandtours.com or +1 424-444-4544. No new account or favorable review is required. Do not include full card details, passport scans or medical records in ordinary messages.
How does membership Booking Credit work?
Blue is free. Silver, Gold, Diamond and VIP may be earned at 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 annual SP. Optional earlier-access payments are USD 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500 respectively, each creating the same dollar amount of purchased Travel Credit. No planning fee or separate membership service fee is deducted. Every dollar accepted for the optional access-and-credit offer becomes one dollar of purchased credit. Use it on one eligible booking or in parts, up to the available balance and eligible remaining booking total. There is no per-booking percentage cap on purchased value. Unused purchased credit has no expiry, inactivity fee or paid-renewal requirement. Promotional budgets do not reduce the purchased principal.
Booking Credit can cover approved supplier components and does not expire when membership ends. It is not cash back, ordinary RP or purchased Wallet value. New paid plans do not add the former annual extras budget. Earned-only access receives no payment-linked credit. Real eligible inventory and a finalized refund schedule are required before enrollment opens.
Does every paid plan follow the VIP example?

Can I use GLOBUS credit or member benefits with a partner?
Partner checkout does not automatically accept GLOBUS purchased Travel Credit or Reward Points, apply a GLOBUS membership discount, or add GLOBUS status/rewards. There is no connected GLOBUS ledger or partner-rewards synchronization. The full-dollar purchased-credit terms remain unchanged; only an expressly eligible, supported GLOBUS booking could use that balance.
