Rewards & Membership Terms
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
Blue is free. Silver, Gold, Diamond and VIP may be earned at 10,000 / 25,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 annual SP. Optional earlier-access payments are USD 1,000 / 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500 respectively, each creating the same dollar amount of purchased Travel Credit. No planning fee or separate membership service fee is deducted.
1. Full purchased value
Every dollar accepted for the optional access-and-credit offer becomes one dollar of purchased credit. Use it on one eligible booking or in parts, up to the available balance and eligible remaining booking total. There is no per-booking percentage cap on purchased value. Unused purchased credit has no expiry, inactivity fee or paid-renewal requirement. Promotional budgets do not reduce the purchased principal.
2. Supplier eligibility
The accepted quote must identify the exact credit-eligible amount, supplier, seller, payment recipient and full mandatory total. Approved prepaid supplier prices and mandatory charges may qualify. GLOBUS must have approved settlement inventory before accepting a credit purchase; none is approved for purchased-credit settlement on this website. External checkouts cannot spend this balance.
3. Lower promotional rates
Proposed maximum discounts: Blue 0%, Silver 0.25%, Gold 0.5%, Diamond 0.75%, VIP 1%. Proposed maximum new reward value: 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%, 1.25% respectively. Rates apply only to marked eligible travel; exact benefits and exclusions appear before payment and can be lower or zero. No automatic stacking or guarantee across all suppliers.
50 RP equals USD 1 in eligible promotional redemptions. Only eligible completed travel earns RP or SP; loading or transferring purchased credit earns neither. Travel paid with purchased credit can count once on completed use. No rewards are earned on promotional RP redemptions, refunded amounts, insurance, taxes or other excluded items. New fixed welcome and referral bonuses are paused; prior accepted rights are preserved.
4. Status and dates
Annual SP reset at the account registration anniversary and the earned tier drops exactly one level: VIP to Diamond, Diamond to Gold, Gold to Silver, Silver to Blue. Blue stays Blue. New travel can earn an upgrade. Optional paid status lasts 12 months from activation; during that term the higher valid paid or earned status applies. On paid-term expiry the valid earned tier applies. No automatic renewal or charge.
Only new promotional awards legally eligible for expiry may expire 12 months after each lot becomes available, with the exact expiration disclosed. Paid credit, purchased Wallet money, deposits, cash refunds and protected legacy value are not expired by this rule. A pending award does not start its clock before availability. No production expiry scheduler is connected in this review.
5. No duplicate balances
A verified new payment posts credit once, by payment reference and idempotency key. A transfer of an existing purchased balance must debit that source and credit only the corresponding destination; it is not new income or a second entitlement. An incremental upgrade can add credit only for new money actually paid. Optional access payments do not earn RP/SP.
6. Redemptions and refunds
Refunds must preserve the correct original payment or credit source, follow applicable cancellation terms and mandatory rights, and avoid double recovery. A failed booking releases reserved credit; an eligible refund restores used purchased value to its source. Returning unused principal may adjust only the linked optional status under disclosed lawful terms; it does not confiscate unrelated money or earned rights. No blanket nonrefundable term or automatic charge is imposed. Full cancellation and after-use reconciliation remain launch requirements.
7. Earlier rights
These are proposed terms for new agreements. They do not retroactively change accepted prior benefits, balances, refund rights or service obligations. Historical financial records are preserved.
8. Launch status
Enrollment and credit sales remain closed. Converting 100% of a payment to usable credit does not establish an exemption from travel discount program, stored-value, funds-protection, cancellation or other laws. Documented legal classification, approved supplier settlement, funding, payment-provider approval, exact customer terms and operating controls are required before live sales. This is a proposed commercial model, not legal clearance.
Mandatory customer rights
Paid enrollment, renewal and related credit sales remain closed pending documented classification under California Business and Professions Code section 17550.27 and, if applicable, discount buying service requirements. Describing this offer as planning or concierge services does not establish an exemption. Required bonding, disclosures, fee restrictions and operational controls must be satisfied before any covered offer is sold.
If section 17550.27 applies, a purchaser may cancel and obtain a full refund of consideration for the pending term within five business days after purchase or renewal, or receipt of the required disclosure, whichever is later, and at any time based on the seller’s misrepresentation or violation of the article. Applicable mandatory rights take priority over the proposed voluntary 14-day no-use benefit and any after-use schedule. A use condition does not restrict a nonwaivable cancellation or refund right.
This is a conditional sales gate, not a finding of exemption, approval by counsel or permission to activate the displayed prices. The reviewed commercial amounts remain proposals; no payment is accepted in this build.
If the purchased credit is a covered California gift certificate, applicable mandatory cash redemption rights apply, including a remaining cash value below USD 15 where required. Promotional Reward Points and purchased dollar credit are separate balances.
