Group Travel
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
Family gatherings, celebrations, organization trips and other shared journeys can begin with a group-planning inquiry. No minimum group size, discount or reserved block is guaranteed by this website.
1. Start with a group brief
Tell us approximate traveler count, age ranges where necessary, departure cities, destination preferences, dates, room needs and the planning contact. Avoid names, passport details and other unnecessary personal information at the inquiry stage.
2. A written group proposal
Before money is collected, the proposal must address provider identity, included services, minimum/maximum participation, inventory hold expiry, deposit and balance dates, attrition/cancellation terms, name deadlines and any organizer benefit or commission.
3. Individual authority and privacy
The organizer must have authority to instruct on behalf of each traveler. Adults may need to accept their own terms and optional choices. Do not give all group members access to everyone else’s payment or identity documents. Explain who will receive group communications.
4. If the group changes
A smaller party, a changed itinerary or missed payment may affect the quote only as clearly agreed and permitted by law. A minimum-size failure does not authorize an undisclosed penalty or a substitution without required choice. The proposal must state what happens if the supplier or organizer cancels.
5. Request a proposal
Send a group inquiry to sales@globustravelandtours.com. The website form creates an email draft for your review and sending. No group inventory is held until confirmed in writing.
Group payments and credit allocation
Before accepting group money, identify the paying member, travelers, allocation of eligible amounts and any Booking Credit use. Credit or SP on one payment is not copied to every traveler. Consent from one organizer does not waive other travelers’ rights or permit marketing to them. Family limits in a membership do not automatically cover larger groups.
