Copyright, Brand & Content Concerns
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
GLOBUS respects third-party intellectual-property rights. This is a content-complaint contact policy, not a representation that a DMCA safe harbor or designated-agent registration is already in place.
1. Website and supplier material
Use of a supplier image, hotel description, logo, review or data feed requires appropriate rights and compliance with its license. GLOBUS branding does not imply ownership of supplier material. Automated generation does not by itself establish clearance of a logo, likeness or third-party right.
2. Your submissions
You retain your rights in information or material you provide. Any permission needed for an inquiry is limited to receiving, reviewing and handling that request and lawful recordkeeping. Private customer content is not licensed for advertising, resale or AI training merely because it was sent to the agency. A separate lawful permission is needed for those uses.
3. Reporting a concern
Email info@globustravelandtours.com with your contact details, the location of the material, the work or right concerned, and your authority to raise the issue. Provide accurate information. We will assess and, where appropriate, restrict or remove material and communicate with affected parties. This does not require surrendering a lawful fair-use position.
4. Future user-upload or review systems
Before enabling public uploads, hosted reviews or other relevant features, assess whether a formal DMCA designated agent, compliant notice/counter-notice process and repeat-infringer policy are appropriate and required for the protection sought. A copied third-party DMCA page does not establish those protections.
