Payment Options & Authorization
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
GLOBUS has no active checkout and does not collect payment through its own website forms. Partner tools and links can open a provider-operated checkout, including within an embedded frame; the provider’s disclosed seller and payment recipient control that transaction. The rules below describe a future GLOBUS checkout or agency invoice process and do not activate a GLOBUS payment method, fee or credit facility.
1. Know what you are paying
The offer must show the service supplier, contracting seller, merchant of record, statement descriptor where available, currency, full mandatory price, taxes and lawful exclusions, amount due now, later balances and payment dates. For a room or package, disclose occupancy, number of nights or travelers and any unavoidable on-arrival charge. Mandatory fees are not saved for the final screen where an upfront all-in price is required.
2. Approved channels only
Pay only through a verified payment link or method identified on your written invoice. A processor such as a card gateway processes payments; that alone does not make it the travel supplier or the party owing performance. Independently call the agency using its established number before acting on changed bank or payee instructions. Do not send money to a personal account based solely on a social-media message.
3. Your authorization
Before a charge, you must see the amount, currency, payee and purpose. Any future scheduled payment must be expressly authorized with its schedule and cancellation conditions. An inquiry or saved card token is not unrestricted authorization. If material terms or an amount change, obtain renewed authorization when required. No subscription or auto-renewal is offered by this website.
4. Fees, currency and optional extras
Any agency service charge and its refund treatment must be disclosed. Card surcharges, currency conversion and installment offerings may be used only after processor, card-network and legal review. A bank may separately charge a fee under your bank agreement; GLOBUS must not mislabel its own charge as a government or bank fee. Optional extras require a genuine choice.
5. Payment information and fraud checks
Do not send full payment-card numbers, CVV codes, bank login details or card photographs by general email, chat or the inquiry form. An approved hosted payment process should collect required card details directly. Reasonable verification may be required for suspected fraud, using the least information necessary. A delayed fraud review must not conceal the status of a pending reservation or extinguish a refund right.
6. Disputes and receipts
Retain the itemized receipt and confirmation. Please tell us about an unrecognized or incorrect charge, while preserving your card-issuer deadlines. A payment dispute is not automatically fraud and is not automatically subject to an agency penalty. Evidence will be provided accurately; no waiver of a lawful chargeback is required.

Use it on one eligible booking or in parts, up to the available balance and eligible remaining booking total. There is no per-booking percentage cap on purchased value. Unused purchased credit has no expiry, inactivity fee or paid-renewal requirement. Promotional budgets do not reduce the purchased principal.

The full membership price is paid upfront. The credit is not an immediate price reduction, a cash rebate or a promise of net savings. Planning does not include free airfare or accommodation. Travel is separately priced; only the selected eligible amount is reduced by available credit. Disclose all mandatory membership charges in the applicable headline total.

The customer chooses the amount. Maximum use is the lowest of the requested credit, the available unreserved balance, and the remaining eligible booking amount after other valid deductions. No minimum spend, forced full-balance use, additional membership renewal or artificial small per-booking cap is introduced. Credit can cover up to 100% of a fully eligible booking, subject to the available balance. A larger booking requires payment of the difference.
Show the full booking price, eligible and ineligible amounts, any eligible travel discount, ordinary RP use, Booking Credit used, purchased Wallet use, new money due and each remaining balance. Do not raise a price or add a redemption fee solely because credit is used. No planning fee is charged in this model. A pending or reserved balance is not available for another booking.

California membership classification — sales remain closed
Paid enrollment, renewal and related credit sales remain closed pending documented classification under California Business and Professions Code section 17550.27 and, if applicable, discount buying service requirements. Describing this offer as planning or concierge services does not establish an exemption. Required bonding, disclosures, fee restrictions and operational controls must be satisfied before any covered offer is sold.
If section 17550.27 applies, a purchaser may cancel and obtain a full refund of consideration for the pending term within five business days after purchase or renewal, or receipt of the required disclosure, whichever is later, and at any time based on the seller’s misrepresentation or violation of the article. Applicable mandatory rights take priority over the proposed voluntary 14-day no-use benefit and any after-use schedule. A use condition does not restrict a nonwaivable cancellation or refund right.
This is a conditional sales gate, not a finding of exemption, approval by counsel or permission to activate the displayed prices. The reviewed commercial amounts remain proposals; no payment is accepted in this build.
Current online payment limits
No supplier catalog, shopping cart, checkout, insurance purchase or online payment is connected on this website. Planning preferences and inquiries do not create a charge or reservation. GLOBUS Reward Points, Status Points, purchased Travel Credit and membership discounts are not applied to an outside transaction merely because the customer has a GLOBUS account. The existing financial program terms remain unchanged; any future eligible checkout requires explicit approval and verified records.
