Booking Responsibility
Updated September 30, 2026 · Planning and account services; no online supplier booking or payment
The current website supports GLOBUS planning, account records and agency inquiries. Online travel supplier tools, catalogs, referral links, booking and payment are not connected. These general responsibilities apply to a future specific agency offer and to any existing confirmed service; they do not activate a supplier transaction.
1. GLOBUS-assisted transactions
When GLOBUS arranges a trip, the booking summary identifies our role, the service supplier, the contracting seller and the party collecting payment. If multiple providers supply different components, each component must be identifiable. A consolidator or API company may be a technical or wholesale intermediary, not the airline or hotel operating the service.
2. Independent purchases
For a purchase made independently or through an earlier supplier connection, use the seller and support contacts stated on the confirmation. Removing a website link does not cancel an existing reservation or change its terms. GLOBUS remains responsible for its own representations and agreed role.
3. Online service status
No embedded supplier widget, white-label search or supplier checkout is enabled in the current website. A saved plan or agency request is not a reservation. Before any future connection is made available, its seller, payment role, privacy notice and support route must be identified.
4. Terms you can review before paying
The terms applicable to your transaction must be accessible before acceptance and retained with the booking record. Supplier terms may address check-in, baggage, age restrictions, resort charges, security deposits and cancellation. Undisclosed future supplier terms are not accepted simply by using this website. A material provider change after a booking must be evaluated against that booking and applicable law.
5. Information and content boundaries
Only information needed for a requested service and a lawful purpose should be transferred through an approved integration. Optional advertising and unrelated marketing are not inherent parts of booking. Supplier photos, prices and logos may be displayed only with the required rights and accurate context; an API credential is not an unlimited content license.
6. Help and continuity
Your confirmation should specify routine and urgent support contacts and the refunding party. GLOBUS will handle the duties assigned to it and help route a supplier issue where appropriate. An outage does not itself authorize a duplicate payment or booking. If an integration is replaced, existing commitments and required access to records must be preserved.
7. Future providers are not a blanket permission
A future supplier connection requires its own approved service scope, data handling, customer disclosures and payment responsibilities. No current website feature grants supplier booking, payment or ticketing access. A general statement that partners may be used does not authorize unrestricted data use.
Rewards eligibility is channel-specific
Partner checkout does not automatically accept GLOBUS Travel Credit or Reward Points, apply a GLOBUS membership discount, or add GLOBUS status or rewards. No account or balance synchronization with partner checkout is enabled here. Any future eligible offer must identify accepted redemption and the responsible payment/refund parties before purchase. Purchased-value rights and the existing GLOBUS program terms are unchanged.
Permission to use a partner on mobile
An approved web-only affiliate link, widget or API is not presumed to authorize in-app distribution, native data access, mobile tracking or offline caching. Record permitted domains, app identifiers, payment responsibility, data scope and booking/refund support for each channel before enabling it.
Membership Booking Credit and supplier settlement
Launch categories are approved hotels, packages, tours and transfers offered through the supported GLOBUS booking process and clearly marked “Booking Credit accepted.” The written offer identifies the exact eligible amount, supplier, seller, payment recipient, all mandatory prices and exclusions before authorization. Approved prepaid supplier charges and their disclosed taxes or mandatory fees may be included in that eligible amount; the credit is not restricted to GLOBUS service fees.
An affiliate link or an outside checkout is not eligible merely because it was opened from GLOBUS. No independent website must accept this credit. Before any membership sale, a real, adequate eligible selection and the supplier/payment/funds-protection arrangements must be approved and disclosed. No selection has been approved for purchased-credit settlement on this website.
If GLOBUS cannot provide an accepted credit-funded service, explain the options and supply the required remedy. A general availability disclaimer does not erase an already confirmed promise. The customer must not bear the risk of an untracked supplier payment or duplicated webhook.
